Services

Rank-and-rent, without the fog.

Rank-and-rent is simple when it is honest.

We build a website for one service in one city. We work to get that site found in Google. You pay a monthly fee to receive the calls and form leads it produces. We keep owning and maintaining the site unless a written agreement says otherwise.

You are not buying a ranking. You are renting a lead source we operate.

What you get

  • A dedicated local site aimed at the searches people already type
  • The work to help that site show up (on-page, listings, profile, links we can stand behind)
  • A tracked phone number so you can hear the calls
  • A short monthly note: what we did, what we can measure, what is next

What you do not get

  • A promise you will be #1
  • Ownership of the site on day one, unless we write that down
  • A 12-month lock-in hidden in a footer
  • A stack of reports instead of calls

If the site is not producing, you can stop. That is the point of renting.

The four pieces

Rank-and-rent local site

The core offer. One site. One service. One city. Built and run by us. Leads routed to you.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile, name / address / phone consistency, local listings, and the on-page basics Google needs to understand the city and the service. We do this on the dedicated site we run.

Site build

A fast, mobile site with a clear offer, a visible phone number, and a short form. No slider. No stock-photo wallpaper.

Tracking

Calls hit a number we can attribute to the site. Forms come to you. We report calls and form leads — not impressions as the win.

Who this works for

Local service businesses that close work from a phone call. Owners who will pick up. Markets that are not already owned by three strong local sites.

It is a poor fit for brands that must own every URL on day one, for anyone who wants a guaranteed map-pack slot, and for businesses that do not want inbound calls.

How we price the conversation

We do not publish a rate card here. A lead from one trade in one city is not worth the same as another. The audit is how we decide if the market is open.
