These terms describe how we work with local service businesses. The written agreement for a specific account is what governs that work.

Who we are

We own the dedicated local site, the domain registered for it, and the accounts used to run it, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
You pay to receive the leads that site produces for the agreed period.
You are not buying a #1 ranking.
Either side can end the work on the notice the agreement states. This public page does not set that notice period.
Ownership of the domain or the site has to be written in an agreement. Monthly payments do not buy the asset.

We do not guarantee call volume, rank, or revenue. Search results move. Markets close. The audit is how we decide if a site is worth building at all.

Content on adzemedia.com is for information. It is not a contract. If something here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
