These terms cover the public website adzemedia.com and the free audit request. They are not a substitute for a signed rank-and-rent or SEO agreement.

If anything on a sales page and this page conflict, the signed agreement wins. If there is no signed agreement, nothing on the site is a contract to build, rank, or rent a site.

The site

The pages on adzemedia.com are information about our company and how to reach us. We try to keep them accurate. We do not promise they are complete or always up to date.

You may not copy the site to sell as your own, scrape it, or use it to impersonate Adze Media.

The audit

A free audit is a short opinion. It is not a ranking report, and it is not a promise we will take you as a client. We can decline work. We can say a city is a poor fit.

Rank-and-rent, when we do work together

Unless a written agreement says otherwise:

• Adze Media owns the dedicated local site, the domain we registered for it, and the accounts we use to run it.
• You pay to receive the leads that site produces for the period we agree on.
• You do not buy a #1 ranking.
• Either side can end the rental on the notice the agreement states. This public page does not set that notice period.
• We do not guarantee call volume, rank, or revenue.

If you need to own the domain or the site, that has to be written down. Do not assume a monthly payment is buying the asset.

No guarantees on this website

Nothing on adzemedia.com is a guarantee of rankings, leads, or sales. Search results change. Markets close. Phones do not always ring.

Acceptable use

Use the form and the published phone number to talk about your business. Do not send malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to share.
